- Course objectives
- The main goals of the educational process involve: - the improvement of the locomotive abilities and fitness - the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress - the support of students healthy lifestyle
- Learning outcomes
- At the end of the course students should be able to: - understand and explain the content of outdoor activities; - work with information from sphere of outdoor activities ; - create own lesson of various activity in the nature ; - make reasoned decisions about outdoor activity; - interpret the knowledge from outdoor lesson ;
- Syllabus
- Thematic blocks: - basics of orientation in terrain and unfamiliar environment - orientation in easy conditions with orienteering maps - low rope traverses - basics of canoeing - improvement of canoe control technique - basics of bouldering - nordic walking
