Course objectives
The main goals of the educational process involve: - the improvement of the locomotive abilities and fitness - the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress - the support of students healthy lifestyle a) Aerobics mix beginners is aerobic fitness exercise with music. It developes basic locomotory skills and improves aerobic bloodstream and lung capacity via basic aerobics steps linked in simple choreographies.Floorwork, body building of abdominal, gluteal,back muscles and final stretching is put at the end of each lesson. b) Aerobics mix intermediate is aerobic fitness exercise with music.It developes locomotory and coordination skills to a higher extent via basic and modified aerobics steps linked in more demanding choreographies. The pace if higher too.We put a stress on a greater experience of move.Floorwork, body building of abdominal, gluteal,back muscles and final stretching is put at the end of each lesson. c)Dance aerobics is adjusted into a dance form and uses various dance steps. Dance choreographies are more demanding,locomotory memory as well as spacial orientation and coordination of limb move are developed. This exercise is suitable for demanding and advanced sportsmen.You can more express your own personality in this course.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, students will be able:
- master basic and modified aerobics step and their linked in simple dance choreographie
Syllabus
  • a) Aerobocs mix - beginners 1. basic steps introduction 2. simple choreographies 3. abdominal, gluteal and back muscle building up 4. final stretching b) 1. introduction of modified steps 2. more demanding choreographies 3. development of locomotory and coordination skills 4. exercise of higher intensity 5. abdominal, gluteal and back muscle building up 6. final stretching c) 1. training of different dance steps - latino, salsa, rap, hip-hop,funky,reggae 2. more demanding choreographies 3. development of locomotory memory, spacial orientation, coordination of all limbs

- exercise, credit - the credit is given to students for the attendance - 3classes can be misses and there is no need of any apology - the substitution of more absence sis not allowed
