- Course objectives
- To introduce with the concepts of gymnastics (gymnastics division, aesthetic-coordinating essence of gymnastics and dance, historical aspects and development of gymnastic-dance disciplines, basic rules of sport disciplines, structural principles) and didactic procedures and methods of gymnastic types and sports. Current dance trends and the use of sporting sports in the gym. Acquire the right physical habits in gymnastic-dance disciplines. Theoretical and practical knowledge of new musical-musical forms and competitive disciplines are applied to create a healthy lifestyle.
- Learning outcomes
- At the end of this course the student will be able to understand concepts in the field of gymnastics (gymnastics division; aesthetic-coordinating nature of gymnastics and dance, historical aspects and the development of gymnastic-dance disciplines; basic rules of sports disciplines; structural principles). Student will bw able to explain the techniques and methods of teaching gymnastics species and sports. They will know the current dance trends and can be used in physical education and sports process. Creates a technically correct exercise habits in gymnastic-dance disciplines. Theoretical and practical knowledge of new motion-musical forms and the disciplines applied to creating a healthy lifestyle.

- - Aktualization of gymnastics sports and types. Capturing new trends and applications to the educational process. - Application forms of aerobic gymnastics disciplines in teaching / training process - Applications TeamGymu to teaching / training process - Application of sports Gymnastics to the school / training process - Application of modern gymnastics to teaching / training process - Application dance disciplines to school / training process -Current commercially-oriented forms of gymnastics and dance - Application of methods and techniques of gymnastics and dance into other sports - Part of the credit requirements is participation in the preparations for the 15th anniversary of the faculty-creation and training of choreography.
