The aim of the course is to obtain knowledge and practical skills in boxing and its application into self-defence.
Learning outcomes
After finishing the subjekt, student: I s able to show basic combative techniques according the curriculum Understood and aply basic technical and tactical principles of combat sport Differentiate among single vombat sports a is able to characterise vombat sport according to curriculum
