At the practical level, the goal is to develop students' personal and social competencies based on a thorough (self) reflection.
- Learning outcomes
- After completing the course, the student characterizes the essential components of personality. The student analyzes interpersonal communication and actively uses descriptive language. The student describes the body's response to stress and uses a suitable tool to manage it. It identifies the sources of natural authority and proposes appropriate solutions for natural authority development based on the analysis of practical examples. The student analyzes his time possibilities and organizes his time appropriately. The student identifies experiential pedagogy principles and chooses appropriate procedures with regard to the pedagogical situation/goal during group work.
