Course objectives
The aim of the subject is provide knowlede about analyse of datas related to relationship between external and internal factors of health and to use results of methods (biochemical parametres, genetics, loading examinations) for creation of individual conditional programs.
Learning outcomes
After completion of this subject student will be able to::
to analyse results of loading tests and laboratory examinations,
to suggest conditional program related to health,
to analyse conditional programs in view of biology effect of physical activities.
Syllabus
  • Lectures:
  • Biology effect of physical activities on organism (cardiovascular system, metabolism, motion system, endocrinne and immune system),
  • Health and physical activity. The consenquences of hypokinese, sdentary lifestyle,
  • Origin and activity WHO, medical programs,
  • Quality of life related to health (methods of evaluation). Healthy lifestyle (nutrition,physical activity, prevention of harmful habits),
  • Determinants of health. Support of health.
  • Growth and development of childre and risks their threat.
  • External and internal factors influencing the physical development of children,
  • Biology of aging (involving processes, sarcopheny,reduction of cognitive function, vegetative dysbalance....)
  • Pathological condition nascent with physical activity
  • Seminars:
  • Basic of precription of effective programs of physical activity (intensity, frequency, time of lasting, kind of physical activity),
  • Prescription of pphysical activity like prevence of civilization diseases in children,
  • prescription of physical activity in individual kinds of weakeninig (diabetes, hyphertense, ischemic diseases, obesity)
  • Specification of conditional training in seniors.

Teaching methods
Theory and practical excersise.
Assessment methods
Compulsory attendance in lessons. The student prepares a seminar paper. Practical output on the topic of seminar work during seminars. Activity during the seminars will be scored. It is finished by oral exam.
