Course objectives
The main aim of TST is to, after successfully finishing this subject, clarify sport training (furthermore: pedagogical process with its specific didactics within sports like requirements in development of movement abilities in sport skills). Ability to use trainings methods, forms, preparation etc. with consideration the age, individualism to differences between gender, performance level in variable environment is prerequisite to required effectivity in training process or rather to reach maximal performance in some specific sport or discipline.
Learning outcomes
After finishing this subject every student should be able to: a)make a training plan for a specific load in some particular sport. b)create a movement activity plan in terms of health. c)explain and use basic principles of training in hypoxic environment. d)take into consideration differentness connected with growing up of children and youth people in training process. e)explain differences between sport training of a man and a woman and be able to use this knowledge in making training plans. f)Identify a sport talent g)Lead a training process in short-term, medium-term and long-term period. h) explain and use different kind of training for seniors and physical disabled people in practise use.

  • 1)TALENT – evaluation and forming talent, exogenous or endogenous factor, selection of talent. (example real selection) 2)METHODS OF MANIPULATING WITH LOADS – (construct by sort of sport) 3)MOTIVATION – primary, secondary, outer – inner, motive, needs (Maslow´s hierarchy of needs) SPORT MOTIVATION phase: generalization, differentiation, stabilization, diminution. 4)DIDACTIC METHODS orders, practical, reciprocal, self-evaluation, with offer, controlled discovering. 5)TYPOLOGY OF TRAINERS specialist, organiser, controller, motivator, educator-tutor. METHODS autocratic, democratic (participation), liberal, situational. 6)PRINCIPLES OF LEADING A TEAM, DIDACTIC PRINCIPLES – principles of a sport training 7)BIOLOGICAL QUANTITY FOR LEADING A SPORT TRAINING (heart rate, lactate, VO2 MAX) 8)TRAINING AT HIGH ALTITUDES – acclimatization 9)FITNESS, TECHNICAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL PREPARATION – definition, aims, tasks, programs, methods and procedure. 10)MOVEMENT ACTIVITY AND TRAINING IN HIGHER AGE standards and recommendation for maintenance of condition, basics of workout (men, women. SPORT PREPARATION OF WOMEN, CHILDREN AND YOUTH) (principles, specifics from aspect of anatomy, physiology, psychology) 11)MOTORIC TESTS and their use, diagnostic, control, planning, prognostication, application methods of mathematics statistics. DIAGNOSTICS OF PHYSICAL FITNESS form of diagnostics, diagnostics methods a procedure, results of diagnostics from aspect of time. 12)ANALYSIS OF SPORT – GAME PERFORMANCE factors – determinants, movement activity and physiological characteristic, actual occurrence and trends of chosen discipline, sport (athletics, sport game, gymnastics, modern gymnastics, swimming), stimulation and development of dominant movement abilities. 13)PLANNING AND MODELING OF TRAINING LOAD stimulation and development of movement abilities: condition, coordination, hybrid, analyse of sport – game performance, individual and collective game performance, condition training, technical-tactical, regeneration, psychological preparation, kinetic tests, tests of sport skills.

Teaching methods
Seminar teaching mixed, form outputs seminar for students on issues and practical activities for the development and performance of training
Assessment methods
Written test using PC (close answers), condition to successfully pass the exam is 80% of the total score result for a particular test, active participation at the seminars,elaboration of a seminar paper on selected topic, and its PowerPoint presentation.
