- Course objectives
- The aim of the subject is to educate students about planning and periodization of conditional training. The another goal is to gain knowledge to effective evidence and analyse of training.
- Learning outcomes
- After successfull completion of the subject student will be able:
to interprete basic of planning and periodization of conditional training,
to interprete basic of conditional training leading,
to realise plans of conditional training in training session
to relalise plans of conditional training of microcycle
to realise plans of conditional training of mesocycle
to realise plans of conditional training of macrocycle
to realise plans of conditional training of annual cycle
to realise plans of conditional training of multi-year cycle
