- The main objective of the lesson:
- improving the level of movement skills and fitness
- influencing a positive attitude towards sports activities understood as a defense against conflicts, diseases of civilization and stress
- supporting a healthy lifestyle for students
- practice of basic running technique
- Learning outcomes
- After completing the course, the student will be able to:
- master basic running techniques
- implement basic forms of warm-up
- appropriately choose the intensity to achieve the appropriate adaptation goals
- choose suitable compensatory means for running activities
