Course objectives
The main objective of the lesson:
  • improving the level of movement skills and fitness
  • influencing a positive attitude towards sports activities understood as a defense against conflicts, diseases of civilization and stress
  • supporting a healthy lifestyle for students
  • practice of basic running technique
  • Learning outcomes
    After completing the course, the student will be able to:
  • master basic running techniques
  • implement basic forms of warm-up
  • appropriately choose the intensity to achieve the appropriate adaptation goals
  • choose suitable compensatory means for running activities
  • Syllabus
    • Easy and moderate intensity running.
    • The importance of adequate training load.
    • Running technique.
    • Running technical drills.
    • Compensatory exercise for runners.
