Course objectives
the aim of the subject is:
to acquaint the student with the content and form of basic gymnastic exercises on and without apparatus
to teach the student to describe and demonstrate the basic skills in individual gymnastic disciplines,
to clarify the student training methodology and how to provide assistance to the athlete in gymnastic exercises
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course students should be able to: - acquance with SG movement strusture - terminology of exercise on apparatus - acquinement with technique of exercise on apparatus - acquinement with metodics of elements - increasing level of motoric skills in exercise on apparatus
