Course objectives
The aim of the course is to acquire basic legal knowledge necessary for a member of the security forces and the legal knowledge required for the application of the institute of necessary defense.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course students should be able to:
- identify the fundamental legal principles of security forces law,
- orient themselves in basic selected legal regulations,
- explain selected provisions of the relevant legal regulations concerning members of the security forces and
apply legal provisions related to personal self-defense.
