- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to acquire basic legal knowledge necessary for a member of the security forces and the legal knowledge required for the application of the institute of necessary defense.
- Learning outcomes
- At the end of the course students should be able to:
- identify the fundamental legal principles of security forces law,
- orient themselves in basic selected legal regulations,
- explain selected provisions of the relevant legal regulations concerning members of the security forces and
apply legal provisions related to personal self-defense. - Syllabus
