- Course objectives
- Bodystyling is aimed at strengthening and shaping the figure and also helps to improve physical condition. The training is focused on shaping the muscles of the entire body, especially on strengthening the problem areas - thighs, buttocks and abdominal muscles. The lesson consists of three parts. The first part of the class is devoted to warming up the body using simple aerobic steps composed into a block. The second part is of a burning nature with strengthening of the lower half of the body. There is also an increase in heart rate, in which the basal metabolism accelerates and the body begins to use fats as a source of energy. Simple aerobic steps are combined with strengthening. The third part is devoted to the abdominal muscles, the muscles of the pelvic floor and the muscles around the spine, which are very important for proper posture. At the end of the class, the body calms down and the strengthened muscles are stretched.
