Course objectives
The aim of the Welness Fit Programme is to support a healthy lifestyle with the help of active sports programme and to strenghten a preventive and educational significance of physical activities and to support cultural and instructional activities due to a tour around the spa town of Luhačovice situated in a beautiful countryside in the Bílé Karpaty and to taste the curative spa springs Vincentka, Amandka, Ottovka, dr.Šťastný.Students will get a great emocional experience of an active move thanks to the programme.
Learning outcomes
After finishing the course, the student will be able to: -Know-how with the new trends in exercise programs. -Perform self-complicated exercises based on functional chains, using proper posture and breathing -Have new experience of   locomotor Activities-Pilates, yoga, watercolor aerobics, core training, Nordic walking, metabolic and interval training, fit aerobic dance etc.
Syllabus
  • Timetable 24h (i.e. 25x45min.): Total number of 16 hours sport. Activity + debate Ma active and healthy lifestyle +1, 5h relaxation Program – Jacuzzi and sauna: Friday (7h): Pilates, Yoga therapy, fascial yoga, 3 fitness walking or run @ Go around dam + fitness exercise (outdoor gym), 30 min. + 30 min. Aqua Aerobics and fitness swimming, table tennis Saturday (6h): bodybalance, walk + kpč Luhačovice, aqua aerobics, fitness yoga, relaxation and body massage, cardio prolongation and whichare and metabolic training. Sunday (3h): Pilates, BodyForm + functional training, fitness swimming + 1, 5h relaxation Program – Jacuzzi and sauna -Change of program according to possibilities defined

You have to send the binding application after payment in OC at pokorna@fsps.muni.cz Accommodation for 2 nights in double or triple rooms with half board (breakfast buffet) The entrance into the swimming pool is free for the whole stay Exercising Wellness Fit programme 12 lessons x 90 min. 30 minutes of Jacuzzi and 1x sauna Billiard a table tennis is free for the whole stay What is on: The department University Sports Centre offers for students at MU a three-day active course Wellness Fit Programme. The aim is to introduce the basic principles of healthy lifestyle and to support their active implementation into everyday life, also to enable the students to participate actively in different kinds of exercise which help them to harmonize both physical and mental capacity. The course includes the lessons of jogging, Pilates, Body Balance, Fitness Yoga, Relaxing Exercise, Aqua Aerobics, Total body work, Keep-fit Swimming, Table Tennis and basics of dancing aerobic activities: Movida. In case of nice weather inline skating is involved (you need to have your own inline skates). The other goal is to introduce and show this beautiful area in the form of a guided tour round the spa town of Luhačovice located in the Bílé Karpaty and to taste the local healing springs Vincentka, Amandka, Ottovka, dr.Šťastný. Price does NOT include: transport (the way how to get there individually will be described and send to the registered students by common email before the beginning of the course), the spa fee of 30,-Czech crowns/1 adult/1 night (the spa fee will be paid at the hotel reception).
