Course objectives
The main goal of the lesson:
- improving the level of movement skills and physical level
- influencing a positive attitude to sports activities understood as a defense against conflicts, diseases of civilization, and stress
- supporting a healthy lifestyle for students
- familiarization with the basic rules of the game
- meeting of students across faculties
- training of basic skills that can subsequently be used when organizing your own matches or tournaments
- practicing basic throws, solving game situations, cooperation within the team
- training in the coordination of movements, muscle memory, concentration, and coping with "stressful" situations
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, the student will be able to:
- use basic gaming skills in the game by the applicable rules

  • an overview of the history of ball games
  • basic rules of the game
  • mastering the basic types of throws
  • mental resilience training
  • development of concentration, precision, focus
  • mastering the basics of neuromuscular training
