Course objectives
The main goals of the educational process involve: - the improvement of the locomotive abilities and fitness - the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress - the support of students healthy lifestyle - the aim of the course is to introduce the basics of old martial arts to students.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, students will be able: - To apply learned techniques in everyday life situations in case of their defence
Syllabus
  • warm up in martial arts training of tumbling skills of martial arts basic techniques of capoeira exercise in pairs (jogo) exercise advancing articular flexibility
