Course objectives
The main goals of the educational process involve: - the improvement of the locomotive abilities and fitness - the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress - the support of students healthy lifestyle The course focuses on the classical dance (ballet) training. Beginners: Registered students do not need to have any experience with ballet, only the interest in learning something new is welcome. Advanced: Certain experience with ballet is expected.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course ,students will be able to use the exercises and breathing for correc body posture and the improvement of fitness.

- exercise, credit - the credit is given to students for the attendance - 4x possible absence /of which 2x with an apology in the IS and 2x without apology/-the substitution of more absence is not allowed
