Course objectives
This course deals with environmental law as a specific branch of law, and the content of the course is primarily aimed at enabling the non-law student to understand the mission of the subject of environmental law in its entirety, to be able to explain its functions and to argue its merits. The student will be able to work with the sources of general and special parts of environmental law, will be able to explain the functions of the various institutes of special environmental law and will be able to form legal opinions on model cases, identify the authority competent to decide on these cases and draft the necessary submissions.
