- Course objectives
- Main objective of the course can be summarized as follows: students should be able to know electoral formulae and understand the theories about the dependence of the electoral and party systems
- Learning outcomes
- Students are able to identify and analyse the dependence of the electoral and party systems, describe and understand electoral formulae and explain outcomes of elections under different rules.

- Teaching methods
- The course is mostly conducted through lectures. Students also write an essay about the electoral system of respective country of the World.
- Assessment methods
- Students write a seminar paper (maximum 10 points) during the semester and at the end of the semester write an final written exam (maximum 20 points). It is necessary to get at least 18 points.
