- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to introduce students to the work of a psychologist in the field of human resource management. Students will learn examples of good practice in variousdifferent areas of human resource management.
- Learning outcomes
- Student will be able to:
- explain the possibilities of using psychological knowledge and skills in human resource management;
- name the strengths and weaknesses of human resources management in the Czech Republic from the point of view of a psychologist; - redesign a HRM process with the use of psychological knowledge. - Syllabus
