- Course objectives
- The aim of the Educational Supervision and Coaching course is to provide students with specialist knowledge and enable them to gain practical skills in coaching and supervision. The course focuses on learning effective coaching methods and techniques that students will be able to apply in a variety of work roles and environments. Graduates will learn to listen, ask effective questions to support the coaching process, set goals and apply coaching principles in coaching sessions. Acquiring theoretical knowledge and practical skills will enable students to work with a variety of client types, including individuals, teams or organizations. The skills acquired will enable them to support the personal and professional growth of clients and contribute effectively to their self-development. The course thus prepares students for a variety of coaching and supervision situations and enables them to use their skills flexibly in practice.

- Students of the course:
They will understand the main functions of supervision and use it when working with clients;
They will gain knowledge of the stages of the supervision process;
They will learn to actively use these phases when working with clients;
They will learn to distinguish when to use coaching and supervision within;
They will learn to ask questions in supervision and coaching conversations;
Understand the differences in supervision and coaching practice;
They learn the stages of the Grow model;
Learn how to apply the Grow model in coaching a client;
Learn how to effectively use the body and mind in the coaching process. - Syllabus

1 ECTS - data collection in the field - creating a recording of the coaching interview
1 ECTS - preparation of a final project reflecting on the data collection in the field - Language of instruction
