Course objectives
In the course students prepare for participation in a local (Czech or Slovak) conference, prepare a presentation and present their own contribution at the conference. Preparation for the conference takes place under the mentored supervision of the student’s supervisor. An acceptable format is either a separate conference presentation or a poster presentation. The purpose of the course is to enhance the student’s proficiency in presenting their original research work.

The course develops learning outcomes No.1, 2 and 4.
Syllabus
  • To complete the course the student is expected to actively participate in a local (Czech or Slovak) conference. Their active participation means that the student is obliged to present results by themselves in the form of a presentation, a conference poster or a conference paper. The credit is awarded by the supervisor.
