- Course objectives
- The object of the course is to give the students information about the basic elements of international and European law. The course represents only an introduction into the problems.

- Assessment methods (in Czech)
- K udělení zápočtu je třeba odevzdat seminární práci v rozsahu cca 5 normostran, která se bude zabývat rozborem vybraného konkrétního rozhodnutí buď a) Mezinárodního soudního dvora b) Evropského soudu pro lidská práva c) Soudního dvora ES. V práci musí být vysvětlena podstata kauzy, popsány související právní normy a zhodnoceno odůvodnění rozhodnutí. Termín odevzdání práce: 30. 11. 2001.
