Course objectives
The course serves as introduction to the security study theories. The focus will be given on the application of different security theories.

  • Strategic studies ans IR, Conceptualisation of security after WWII, English school, Copenhagen school, securitisation of migration, MUN, regional security, security and gender, human security.

Assessment methods
students have to take part in the seminars and draft 2 position papers for every seminar (50%), pass th test (50%).
