- Course objectives
- Aim of the course is inform student about theoretic base of Human Resources Management. Basement composed by description of personnal activities (as planning, rewarding, recruitment, atd.) in their reciprocal and system relations. Place emphasis on psychological aspects of problems (especially motivation, communication, individual charakteristics of workers in organization a question of personal development). Course content is also a description of basic types of organizations, their structure and dynamics of a treatise on the legal and ethical aspects of HR.

- 1. Personnal work (human resources): basics terms and concepts. 2. Strategic human resources management: approachs and models. 3. Employee relation as a psychological and loyal problem. 4. Human resource planning design of jobs and roles. 5. Recruitment and sellection: interviews and tests. 6. Human resource development: process of education, knowledge management. 7. Motivation system: motivation, evaluation and award systems. 8. How organization works: theory and typlogy of organization, organiziton culture, people organization behaving.
