- Course objectives
- At the end of the course students should be able to understand and explain the genesis of the political systems after 1989 in post-communist Europe (focus on post-Soviet area and the South-Eastern Europe).

- Post-communist countries and the transformation of the political systems in CEE, Political system of Russian federation, Political system of Ukraine and Belorus, Political system of Romania, Political system of Croatia and Serbia.
