- At the end of the course students should be able:
To understand and explain general principles of environmental law
To explain main concepts of EU environmental law
To define the role of environment in constitutional law
To apply chosen norms of enviromental law
To solve chosen problems of enviromental law
To apply norms of enviromental law to different environmental problems

- Teaching methods
- The course is based on interactive education. Students will work with most recent electronic sources and newly created study materials. Students and the teacher will visit one court hearing (criminal case). Students themselves will make an request for information.

- There will be a written test at the end of the course. Students will work with electronical resources during the semestr.
