This session is instructing and empowering students in the skills necessary for success in academic field as well as their future carreers.

Teaching methods
Lectures, in-class discussion, in-class presentations.
Assessment methods
Students will be assessed and granted with the ECTS credit upon their activities during and after the session. This will include: • Participation in course discussions and presentations and submitting a paper after the course (see below). • Students will be obliged to submit a paper with a research proposal. - This proposal will include a research topic with proper description and reasoning, research question, conceptualization and operationalization of related notions and concepts. - It will also include at least 10 relevant sources suitable for the purpose of the research out of which there will be 3 books, 5 articles and 2 sources of different nature. Each source will be followed by short description (2-3 sentences) justifying its relevance for the study. - Students will be obliged to submit the paper within 3 weeks following after the session. - The proposal should be - Students should consult their proposal with the lecturer. • Upon successful completion students will receive “Z” in the Information System indicating that they met all requirements and are thus eligible to obtain the ECTS credit.
