The mediator is a neutral person, able to understand the issues of the dispute and knowledgeable about the mediation process who focuses the parties on their values and interests rather than on the conflict and on the positions they have taken. The aim of the interactive course is to deliver information concerning the theoretical, methodical and practical basis of conflict resolution and to experience the use of mediator skills on practical examples (role playing).
