Everyone who participates represents, alone or in a small group, a country or organization. Every representative assumes the role of the delegation of the country or organization he/she is representing , making the conference as realistic as possible. The delegate represents the opinions of the country that he/she is representing and not his/her own. The students are obliged to draft a position paper before the seminar. All needed materials will be given to students in advance by a teacher who will lead the session. The course is organized into four blocs.
