- Course objectives
- The course is primarily focused on boosting the competitiveness of students on the labour market by means of practical workshops with external experts. The aim of the course is to give the students experience of networking and job searching in both the private and the state sector. The participating lecturers are mainly former students of Energy Security Studies and the related fields and are therefore able to introduce students to the main challenges and risks they will face, along with the benefits, after completing their studies at the Faculty of Social Studies. For this reason, the course is designed as a series of practical workshops where the lecturers will first present their story and then discuss with the students both the assigned tasks and questions regarding their career. The emphasis on the transferability of experience is enhanced by the fact that the majority of the lecturers who, despite having graduated from their studies only a few years ago, have been working in various positions with different employers. Specific information about individual lecturers can be found in the course file.
