Course objectives
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with basic problems of journalistic ethics and tools for their solution. Special attention is paid to the value bases of journalism and the application of ethical standards in practice.
Learning outcomes
Students are to:
- know the normative base of journalistic work;
- know key ethical norms;
- be familiar with the most important ethical problems of journalism;
- know how to solve them.
