1. Clear objectives of diploma thesis and (partially) developed theoretical conceptualization;
2. Student plan to collect data for his/her diploma thesis in the same semester when she/he enrolls for the course VPL462 (usually the last semester of study);
3. Agreement and contract between organization and student about the purpose of traineeship; - Course Enrolment Limitations

- Course objectives
- 1. To enable interconnection between theoretical and methododological work on diploma thesis of students and solving practical problems in HRM on the level of companies. This knowledge is used and utilitized by students during work on their diploma thesis.
2) to help students to gain practical experience of expert in the field HRM
3) to provide students methodological support during the process of confrontation of the practical problems with the theoretical concepts.
4) to help students to make a first contact with their potential employers (after their graduation). - Learning outcomes
- At the end of the course students will be able to:
- identify, analyze and reflect practical problems in the field of human resource development and management in organizations;
- suggest and explain an adequate method of organizational research;
- plan data gathering in organizations, identify, reflect and solve possible difficulties during data gathering;
- present and argue their suggestion, receive and give feedback - Syllabus
- 1) Choosing organization.
- 2) Conclusion of the contract.
- 3) Internship.
- 4) Active participation in seminars
- 5) Filling a research protocol.
- 6) Submission of the report and evaluation from the supervisor.
- Schedule of lectures:
- 1. meeting: Introduction to the course and internship; Discussing of placement of students in organizations and potential problems with the signing the contract;
- 2.-5. meeting: Presentation of research protocol, reflection and sharing experience from internship
