Course objectives
The course has two goals: (1) to introduce students to the forms, levels, and structure of psychology studies and to acquaint them with the general study requirements and (2) to introduce students to various areas of psychology applications.
Learning outcomes
On successful completion of the course student will be able to:
- orient oneself in the structure, forms and rules of academic study of psychology;
- search for resources in scientific databases;
- orient oneself in the text of scientific studies and cite them correctly in one's own texts (semester papers and Bachelor's thesis);
- be knowledgeable about the main application areas of psychology
