- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to get an overview of current research and theories in the field of work psychology, which is relevant to the focus of the dissertation.
- Learning outcomes
- Paper summarizing current knowledge relevant to a dissertation research project. The text can be a review study or as Introduction of another student's publications. The scope of the text is determined in agreement with the supervisor.

- Submission of the text in the required quality, scope and deadline. Ongoing discussions with the supervisor, evaluation of the paper by the supervisor, final discussion with the supervisor on the theories on witch is paper based.
