- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to acquaint students with a specific type of analysis of media images. The course offers a brief overview of the history and development of aesthetics, basic concepts and methods of aesthetic evaluation of the products of popular everyday culture, where the traditional division into artistic and other production disappears. Traditional discipline, taught and drawing on the knowledge of related disciplines (psychology, anthropology, art history, linguistics, cultural studies), will serve as a useful tool for critical reflection (not only) of visual communication.

- At the end of the course students should be able to:
