The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives
The course is designed for students who are interested in developing theoretical and practical competences in the field of people management. With this in mind, the content of the course is a reflection on the theoretical knowledge related to leadership, as well as the development and cultivation of students' potential for this leadership. The course content is aimed at developing the ability to lead, to inspire others to discover the sources of their motivation and to make the best efforts to achieve results. The goal of the Leadership of Teams and Individuals course is to introduce students to the theoretical context and practical application of selected styles of leading people and teams in organizations. The aim of the course is to provide students with the know-how to build their own leadership style based on their individual potential while taking into account the need to achieve goals in organizations.
Learning outcomes
Graduates of the course will be able to understand: what it means to lead people;
what is the role of the leader;
what qualities should have a leader;
principles of effective leadership;
identify their own abilities and skills that are needed to develop for their leadership;

  • The objectives of individuals, teams and organizations Motivation;
  • Expectations, needs and motivation of individuals and teams;
  • The analysis of their own strengths and weaknesses for leadership, Eemotional intelligence and its role in the leadership;
