- Prerequisites
- The subject is obligatory part of studying specialization in "Social work macro - innovation in organizations". Enrolling the subject in the first or second semester (depending on startin MA studies in social work in spring or in autumn) is recommended and expected. Students of the other specializations are allowed to enroll the subject as semi-facultative.

- Course objectives
- The goal of the subject cosists in 1/ making students familiar with theoretical assumptions on processes of building social work in terms of social institution, 2/ making students familiar with theoretical assumptions on contexts, propcesses, and factors of building those organizations which deliver social work help, 3/ critical refelcting on developments of social work institution and forms of organizing social work in the Czech society in terms of conditions of performing professional goals of social work help.
- Learning outcomes
- On successful completion of the course students will understand 1/ interelations between social work institutions and forms of their organization, 2/ commucation processes of constructing and accepting notion concenring social work in curent society, 3/ discursive dimenzion of building social work in the current Czech society, 4/ social work organzational development preconditions in terms of social work help goals. Studnets will be able to use understanding the above mentioned topics in 1/ assessing of public social services management role in the context of social work organizational development, 2/ investigating sources of constructing approach to clients by frontline social workers in organizations.

- Teaching methods
- The goals will be accomplished by: 1/ lecturing, 2/ discussing, 3/ elaboratin case study on sources of constructing approach to clients by selected frontline social workers, 4/ elaborating explication of relevant literature arguments concenring chosen topic.
- Assessment methods
- 1/ individual feedback to texts elaborated; 2/ collective feedback (discussion) on e) texts elaborated; Students can gain max 60 points for tghe two texts (see above on them) elaborated. 40 points is the minimal number demandedn to successfull passing the subject. The subject is finished by exam: A between 56,5 and 60; B between 51,5 and 56,4; C between 46,8 and 51,4; D between 43,2 and 46,7; E between 39 and 43,1; F méně než 39.
