Course objectives
This course is intended as a scientific overview of the technological and natural threats and the possibilities of their elimination. Main objective of this course is to explain security problems in sphere. Students should be able to understand the substance of technological and natural threats and related processess in the security system.

Assessment methods
Each week lecture and seminar. Students will receive a final letter grade (A-F) for the semester based on the following components: 1/3 seminary thesis, 2/3 final written exam. Grading: 56-60: A; 51-55: B; 46-50: C; 41-45: D; 36-40 E; 35-0: F.
