Course objectives
Psychoterapeutic techniques of selected psychoterapeutic approaches are intruduce in this course. Groundigs of theory and praxis individual/group psychotherapy - logotherapy, existencial analyse, transactional analysis, process-oriented psychotherapy and family therapy are presented. Students will learn these techniques by their own experience with psychoterapeutic work in group. The principles of offering techniques are intruduce (offering, explaining, setting goals and rules, sharing), also using techniques in different phases of group/individual work and in family therapy are presented. Subject is divided in three parts, each part lead by special lector. Main objectives of this course can be summarized as follows: - students should know how and when using verbal and nonverbal techniques in psychotherapy and couselling;
- students should be able to understand specific aspects of presented therapeutical approach;
- an introduction with some techniques of diagnostics and psychotherapy of family systems;
- a personal experience of a position of a client and a psychotherapist;
- an extension of the repertoire of professional instruments of psychotherapy
