- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to provide basic information about broad spectrum of environmental threats and relating coping strategies. Issues such as climate change, water scarcity, floods, extreme weather events etc. will be discussed in broadened security concept framework.

- Teaching methods
- The course consists of lectures and related class discussion. Reading is required before each seminary session.
- Assessment methods
- Students will prepare a seminary paper of 10-12 pages, which will be classified by 0 - 20 points. Course will finished with oral exam, consisting of 2 questions, each by 20 points maximum, so the overall maximum is 40 points. The overall classification will be like this: Maximum - 60 points. A - 60-56 B - 55-51 C - 50-46 D - 45-41 E - 40-36 F - 35 and less.
