- Course objectives
- The main goals are as follows:;
1) to provide complex knowledge about human resources management;
2) to teach students to analyze particular processes linked to the formation of goals, strategies and approaches to personnel management;
3) to clarify interconnection and coherence among strategy - organization - management of human resources as an complex processes;
4) to enable students to understand the planning of human resources and personnel analysis of problems in the field of human resources what is underlying assumption to high quality HR management.; - Syllabus
