Course objectives
The goal of the course is to equip the students with the contemporary knowledge of the theories of organisation and management. They should understand the processes in organisation and gain pre-requisites of effective designing and implementation the programmes of social interventions and to the adequate performance of the managerial roles in their professions.
Learning outcomes
after completing the course the student - understands the general processes which are happening in organizations - in particular he understands the links between influencing the activities of people in organisations and the broader contexts - is able to analyse the managerial strategies - is able to formulate recommendations for management in organisations - is prepared for managerial roles
