Studenti, kteří se specializují na předměty sociální práce, v 5. semestru vybírají a zapisují podle vlastního zaměření předmět SPR745, zaměřený na skupinovou sociální práci, nebo SPR746, zaměřený na komunitní práci. Studenti, kteří se specializují na předměty sociální politiky, v 5. semestru povinně zapisují předmět SPR746, zaměřený na komunitní práci. Praxe probíhá v Brně, výjimky schvaluje katedra SPSP. Studenti začnou navštěvovat praxi tak, aby v době začátku semestru měli absolvováno min. 16 hodin.

Course objectives
In this course are two aims in view: The first one is the introduction of the students to the theoretical context of the community social work and the competences of the community social worker. The separate part of this course is the training in community planning method. The another aim is the support and supervizion to the students who have the practical training in the field durign the autumn semester. At the end of this course, students should be able to: use the key therms of community social work; describe the role and the competences of community social worker; use the knowledge and skills for the community planning of personal social services; discuss the using supervision as the important aspect of professionalism in social work.
Learning outcomes
After passing the course student is able: - identify and summarize the main characteristic of community social work in CR; - describe the role of community social worker; - analyse the activities and personal capacity of selected field-work agency; - summarize the experiences with using supervision; - summarize the experiences with social work focuses on selected community or group of clients;
