Course objectives
The main aim of this course is to introduce assessment center method. This course is focus on observation of behavior, simulation exercises, dimension and its evaluation, designing assessment centers, reports from assessment center and feedback of assessment center results.
Learning outcomes
At the end of this course, students should be able to:
a. understand the basics requirements of assessment center method
b. to create an assessment center design
c. to follow proper process of observing and evaluating of behavior
d. to write down assessment center report
e. to provide feedback of assessment center results

Team assignment: 15 points
Individual assignments: 24 points
Written exam: 20 points
Seminars are obligatory (6 form 7).

Grades: A (59 – 54 points), B (53 – 48 points), C (47 – 43 points), D (42 – 38 points), E (37 – 33 points), F (32 points and less).
