- Course objectives
- In this course students receive knowledge and experience about Task-Centred Model for Educational Supervision as one of the originally developed model for educating social work students during their practicum experiences. Students together with supervision will learn to use yet another development technique is coaching. Main objectives can be summarized as follows: to learn basic terminology and methods of this approach in Supervision; to understand the basic concept of Task-Centred Model; to learn structure and stages of this concept; to apply this concept in social work practice. At the end of this course, students should be able to use main strategies and steps of this approach in supervision with clients.

- Students can be able to:
Understand the main functions of supervision and will use it when working with the clients;
learn the phases of the task-oriented approach;
learn to apply task-oriented approach;
learn to ask questions in supervision and the coaching;
understand the differences in supervision and coaching practice;
learn phase of the Grow model;
