Course objectives
The course objective is to familiarize the students with chosen set of psychological testing and assessment instruments. These methods are representatives of the following assessment instruments categories – intelligence tests and special abilities tests. Focus is also given to screening tests of cognitive functions (Addenbrook Cognitive Test ACE-R, Mini-mental state examination MMSE, Montreal MoCA cognitive test) and to specifics of the neuropsychological assesment.
Learning outcomes
By completing the course students gain elementary practical experience with administering, scoring and interpretation of several basic psychological assessment methods.
