- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to provide student with basic functional knowledge about current approaches to psychometric questions. That includes theoretical knowledge of CTT, IRT and statistical models reflecting them: EFA, SEM, and IRT models.
- Learning outcomes
- After the completion of the course, students will be able to:
- know the current questions addressed by psychometrics in the context of clinical psychology
- understand the concepts of validity and reliability of measurement from the perspective of CTT, IRT, and GT
- understand and apply the procedures used in the development of measures and establishing their psychometric properties
