Course objectives
The course aims to familiarise students with the inner workings of the Court in terms of administrative and technical aspects; the filing agenda - the creation, registration and storage of files; the registry agenda; filing aids; and the activities of senior court officials within the Court's departments.
Learning outcomes
Upon completion of the course, the student will be familiar with the internal workings of the court when dealing with procedural acts, be oriented in the organisation of work in the court departments, know the uniform internal procedure for dealing with various types of court agendas, including those entrusted to notaries as court commissioners, bailiffs, etc., be able to find and prepare simple court decisions, know what the various court documents should look like in terms of form, and know where to find instructions and templates for preparing them.

Active attendance of seminars, execution of some written submissions.E-learning.
Assessment methods
The course ends with a credit. The prerequisite for the award of the credit is a prepared and active participation in the class, writing the assigned court documents and preparing other tasks assigned by the teacher.
