Course objectives
The aim of the course is to practise the knowledge acquired in Civil Procedure IV for the VJÚ and to combine it with the ability to apply the acquired knowledge in practice.
Learning outcomes
At the end of this course the student will be able to: Use the information about the concepts and institutes of civil procedure law to solve concrete procedural situations; Make independently some pleadings; Bring reasonable suggestions of solving the procedural situations; Apply the procedure law to concrete procedural situations.

Enforcement Law - repeating the basic facts from of CPP III and introduction to Enforcement Law - Enforcement titles, the course of enforcement proceedings - the different methods of enforcement 2. Insolvency Law. - Introduction to insolvency law - Insolvency and its forms, recognition of insolvency - deciding how to resolve insolvency; methods of resolving insolvency

Teaching methods
Active attendance of seminars, execution of some written submissions, knowledge of selected literature and case law, possibly written tests. Preparation and submission of the credit assignment.
