As part of the practical exercises, students will discover communication misbehaviours in class and will learn (and practice) techniques to eliminate these inappropriate manifestations of communication. Completion of the course will complete the profile of a university graduate for employment in practice. They will acquire selected knowledge of practical HR, skills in the field of communication techniques and tactics in the general level of interpersonal relations in the performance of managerial functions, but with regard to the field of study, especially in the practical application of generally valid principles in dealing with the public, among others, in the performance of functions in public administration.
